MEDIATION is a non-adversarial process designed to facilitate resolution of disputes.

DIVORCE issues need resolution. You can resolve the issues through expensive and time consuming litigation, allowing attorneys to argue and try to obtain court rulings or you can control you result through the mediation process.

MEDIATION is a private and confidential process. Both parties work cooperatively with a trained and experienced mediator to attain a resolution without the expense, time consumption and uncertainties of formal litigation.

The mediator does not dictate the result. You and your estranged spouse, through co-operative discussion and appropriate compromise dictate the result.

MEDIATION is more time efficient and more economical than litigation; is easier on children; allows the participants to control and mutually determine the issues to be resolved as well as the results.

“Our task now is not to fix the blame for the past, but to fix the course for the future,” John F. Kennedy
