Pay as you go . . . no retainer required!
Mediation Conferences are usually scheduled for two-hour
meetings. Frequently you will find resolution within one or
two
meetings, sometimes more. If you request, the mediator will
prepare a written proposed Order or Judgment consistent with
your agreement for your review, comment and execution.
